Face to face support meetings UPDATE:

Stowmarket meet-ups have been halted and merged with our popular Needham walk and talk.

Needham Market walk and talk sessions are every third Thursday of the month and started in November.  Meet at the Duck and Teapot cafe at 10am we will walk around the lake and discuss topics around #mentalhealth, enjoying our #HappinessHour and having conversations around why it is so vital to maintain our own #wellbeing as parents and carers supporting a child or young person with mental health issues.  Refreshments provided prior to or following the walk. (children and young people welcome)

Framlingham and Woodbridge drop-ins will commence in the autumn - watch this space for info

Thanks to Mid Suffolk and Babergh District Council's "Community Development Grant" and East Suffolk Community Partnerships for funding the above support

We are hoping to secure additional funding to help us to organise further meet-ups around the county every month to ensure we can meet as many members as possible.

Friday 6pm drop-in for PACT support:

Friday evening drop-in session every week where you will find support, signposting, discussion threads, laughter and a safe space to discuss anything you feel you need support for.  There is no requirement to stay for the whole session and it's very informal - quite often we are joined by pets, children and partners.  The link to join the  online meeting room is shared in our closed group to ensure that only our parents/carers attend and we use the waiting room facility to make sure we only accept people in the group. Link to join our closed group is above.
